I help plant small faith communities or micro-churches and I also write children’s picture books. I need a Christian that loves what we’re doing with Zach’s House to help me get hooked up with a respected published picture book writer or an experienced editor to help with the following:
Book #1 – I have one book I need help with that has had two revision requests, one from Putnam and the latest from Whitman. These are major publishers. I was given some great suggestions by an editor at Whitman and need help to put these into a new revision. Basically, I need a critique of whatever revision I do.
Book #2 – I also have a book that an editor at Arthur A. Levine says she’d be glad to look at if I do a major revision but keep the title. Actually, she loves the title, “with the white hot heat of a thousand suns,” but would like to see it associated with a different story.
My major need is for a published picture book author or editor to critique book #1 once I revise it.
